The Male Multiple Orgasm

Men having multiple orgasms? Who knew? Actually, lots of people knew, starting with Ancient Chinese philosophers who were discussing it thousands of years ago. It’s time we catch up. In order to achieve multiple orgasms as a male you need to first practice self-awareness. Just as we tell women to know their bodies and masturbate to learn what stimulates them, men also need to learn their bodies in a deeper way than just masturbating to get the job done. Men who have a high level of personal sexual awareness will find it easier to achieve multiple orgasms and ultimately have better sex.

When we think about men and orgasms we know that usually, when they do it, it’s done. Yes, there are some who can become erect again rather quickly and those that can go for hours before ejaculating but what do we really know about the male orgasm? We assume that ejaculation and orgasm are one in the same for men. They aren’t. Orgasm precedes ejaculation and if you can learn to make a distinction between the two when feeling them, you can learn to control them.

The process of preparing yourself to achieve multiple orgasms begins with the PC muscle, or pelvic floor muscle. Strengthening this muscle is the key to controlling your orgasm and ejaculation.

1. PC Muscle – To locate the PC muscle, while urinating, attempt to stop the flow midstream. By doing this, you will voluntarily be constricting your PC muscle. If you repeat this a few times you will actually feel the muscle tighten. The act of constricting and releasing the PC muscle is commonly referred to as a Kegel exercise.

2. Exercises – To strengthen any muscle you have to work it out. The PC muscle is no different. The good thing about kegel exercises is you can do them anywhere, anytime. Simply clench and hold the muscle at for varying intervals.

3. Practice – During masturbation you can test out your newly buff PC by attempting to prevent ejaculation. Start by masturbating as you would normally, however, concentrate on your breathing while doing so. Pay attention to your range of emotions and the state of being aroused as you stroke yourself. When you feel you are about to reach the “point of no return” (ejaculation) stop all stimulation and contract and hold the PC muscle for a count of ten.
a. If you were able to do this without ejaculation or with very little semen expulsion you will still feel aroused as opposed to how you would feel if you had ejaculated. You can resume stimulation and this time wait until you are even closer to the point of no return before contracting your PC.
b. If you were unable to stop the flow of ejaculation, don’t worry, it can take time to perfect. Continue to do this exercise at different times when you can focus on your body and your awareness of your sensations.

4. Results – Learning to control ejaculation can not only benefit you, in that it can lead to multiple orgasms with increased intensity, but it can also make sex that much more enjoyable for your lover. Being able to prolong ejaculation frees you to take your time and focus on pleasing your partner. Your orgasms can create a heightened state of arousal in your lover, and by being able to orgasm over and over without losing your erection you will give them ample opportunity to multiply their orgasms!
